About RPL
RPL (RP Advisory Ltd) is a commercial due diligence and strategy consultancy providing independent, partner-led advice to mid-market private equity investors, corporates, and management teams engaged in acquisitions, disposals, and post-acquisition value creation.
We were founded in 2009 and have since completed over 400 engagements across a wide range of sectors. Our services are structured around three core disciplines:
- Buy-Side Commercial Due Diligence: Independent market, customer, and competitive analysis to support investment decisions. We assess the commercial viability, growth potential, and key risks of acquisition targets.
- Sell-Side / Vendor Due Diligence: Objective, investor-ready analysis of a business before it comes to market. We help vendors and their advisors present a clear, well-substantiated commercial narrative to prospective buyers.
- Value Creation & Strategy: Post-acquisition and growth strategy engagements, including voice-of-customer interviews, market positioning reviews, geographic expansion analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
RPL is partner-led, meaning senior professionals are involved throughout every engagement. We do not hedge or sugarcoat findings; our advice is direct and independent.
