RPL first conducted commercial due diligence for YFM Equity Partners on its £3.6m investment in Wooshii Limited in 2019.
Wooshii is an outsourced video production management company specialising in high-volume online video production for corporate clients.
The online video market is not only growing rapidly but is a sector in which trends, and therefore customers' requirements, are becoming increasingly unpredictable and transient.
RPL's main tasks were to forecast future demand for outsourced video management services, establish customers' satisfaction levels with Wooshii's performance and analyse the competitive environment and Wooshii's positioning.
RPL has since conducted further strategy growth work for Wooshii.
