Congratulations to Rockpool Investments on completing their investment in EC Electronics, RPL is pleased to have conducted the CDD on this deal. 
 

Rockpool’s investment will support the Basingstoke-based business organically and via add-on acquisitions, the firm said in a statement. The investment for Rockpool was led by Guy Nieuwenhuys and Toby Hurdle.
